Spring is on the way and with that comes sun, warmer weather, April showers, and some unfortunate allergies. But did you know that often times those allergies are not just related to pollen? Pests actually play a big role in sparking allergy fits inside your home and we are going to tell you why»

Allergies
The weather out there right now is not very springy, but we assure you spring is on the way. And with this season comes the pollen allergies and a whole lot of Kleenex. Don’t add to those natural allergies by allowing pests like cockroaches into your home. When they shed their exoskeletons, the organic matter causes allergies, especially in young children.

Asthma
For the same reasons we mentioned above, children with asthma are even more susceptible to problems with pests. Shedding from rats, mice and other rodents can contribute the same way a dog shedding would. And fecal matter from these pests also releases toxins that can be harmful to already damaged lungs.

Skin Disease
There are no diseases directly related to bed bug or spider bites, but they can cause uncomfortable skin irritation, especially if they get you in a bad spot. If you are allergic to one of these pests, a rash might form that will need medical attention to dilute.

Phobias
People might poke fun, but anyone with a real phobia knows how much anxiety they cause. Arachnophobia, or fear of spiders, is one of the most common phobias in the world and people have even died from heart complications related to the anxiety. If they are real and legitimate phobias, they need to be taken seriously.
